Delivery of Services: Each service provided can be delivered either by; phone or internet, or a combination of both
Payment: All prices are in US Dollars and all payments can be received by PayPal or
Cancellation/Rescheduling and Refund Policy – Consultations: Full refund will be made if cancellation is received from the client with at least 48 hours in advance of the commencement time. A 50% refund will be made if cancellation is received 24 hours in advance of the commencement time. If cancellation is received in within 24 hours of the commencement date, there will be no refund. If the client needs to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours is required. All efforts will be made to accommodate the client to a mutually suitable time. If rescheduling is under 24 hours, there will be no refund. In unforeseen circumstances if Donnelda Cochrane, as coach, is forced to cancel, payment will be refunded within 3 days and the client will be notified of the cancellation as soon as possible.
Dates: Requested dates for services are not guaranteed until the client completes the Booking Form and payment has been submitted, and when received, an email will confirm the booking.
Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be extended past their validity date on the voucher. However, they can be transferred to another person.
Public Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Donnelda Cochrane/Mind Body Spirit Enhancement disclaims liability for loss or damage sustained by any client or third party, whether to person or property, arising from services provided. Adequate insurance coverage is current and evidence of such coverage can be provided if requested.
Codes of Practice: Mind Body Spirit Enhancement upholds ethical codes of practice, as below.
Responsiveness: To provide punctual, courteous, accurate and efficient services, meeting the stated goals of the services provided.
Delivery of the Service: Acknowledges the responsibilities to meet (or exceed) the expectations of all clients to the best of their ability, and to ensure an outstanding and excellent client experience.
Non-discrimination: Equality for all, and shall treat all clients fairly and equitably.
Customer Confidentiality: The coach will work within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by the International Coaching Federation (see www.coachfederation.org). Copies of the ethical guidelines are available on the website. All information about the coach / client relationship will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law; ie. where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information. If you wish for me as your coach to speak to someone outside our interactions, then you need to give me written permission (original letter, fax or email) to do so. All of your information is strictly confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality only relate to circumstances such as client intent to seriously harm someone.
Client Information: Any information collected is used solely for the conduct of the services provided and will be securely kept under lock.
